Coming from a competitive soccer background, I’ve always been driven by performance pushing my body and mind to their limits. Through years of training, I’ve learned how to optimize for peak performance, allowing me to qualify for the T100 Triathlon World Championship in under a year, all while working a full-time job and building my dream physique.
